Caller: Hacker who stole $2.5k from me and the ATO

Please help to identify this hacker and fraudulent criminal

Caller: Claims to be the ATO.

This number has sent me the following web address, so I may validate my 2024 tax info with the ATO.
ATO does not contact Australian citizens this way.

All of my identifying information has been hacked via MyGovID and the ATO, and I became aware 31 October 2024. When I attempted to complete the years tax return, it was completed already. Calling the ATO revealed, this individual, had claimed my return and had ammended several of my returns for prior years, claiming $2.5K successfully. Unemployment and ineligibility to claim welfare has been my only defence in my credit not being destroyed, to this individual.
I have gone to great trouble and personal expense to secure my privacy.
Frustrated this individual seems to be, that they are unable to rob me of my future further, they believe after all that has happened I would click on this address.
Beware of Airline WiFi. I had caught a Qantas flight 2 days prior my tax return being submitted by this individual. I believe I have had all my online activity go through their server since but I believe my lock down of my security is working for this desperate attempt to be sent on Christmas Day no less.
