This person tried to scam my mother via text by appearing as a genuine family contact name. The contact name was correct however when checking the contact info, the phone number was an unknown number. The text was about an urgent situation needing financial help, which my mother started to do. All bank cards have been cancelled. Has been reported to Scamwatch & police.
