Caller: Low Life Scammer - Hope you die early I hadnt bought anything from eBay for some time, but I recently purchased a couple of items from eBay, no big deal, But suddenly I start getting calls from this number, (above) It was a female saying she was from ebay, then asking if I authorised the purchase of Gift Cards, I wanst interested in listening to her BS parrot fashion introduction, I then said, F*** off scammer, and hung up, I then wondered how they got my number, then figured it out.
When you purchase an item from eBay, your phone number is printed on the delivery label, which would indicated, either the seller sells your number to the scammers, or, the Courier company (not Auspost in this case) records your number, and then calls you to spin their BS to scam you.
