Helpful person to work with

Thank you for your kind review. I hope you understand you have posted. Now who's the one rude and arrogant? It started when you had asked if your card was charge. I stated clearly that its not, We just held. And you said you just wanted a yes or no answer. (if you are good in English you will understand that your card hasn't been charge. Well in fact if we hold a certain amount from card it will not appeared as expense or charge from the card. (if you know what i mean because you are better in speaking British accent). I am a Gold elite member of IHG too and I don't review as bad as your attitude like you did to me. You should stay hotel in Afghanistan that's where you belong. Personal Attacker!!!.
