according to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) The Wine Concierge Services formally known as Oak Road Estate and The Wine Group have been fined for breaching spam and telemarketing laws.

Matt from the wine club. Have asked many times to stop calling but ignores my request. Always calls on a different number. THIS IS HARASSMENT. Will block this number too 😡

This person constantly calls from different numbers. I told him I don't drink wine but he still continues with his spiel and I have to hang up on him. I have a new phone which alerts me that this is a spam call so I no longer have to answer it

I have received calls from this voice, from a wide range of numbers, mobile and landline, introduced with the same sentence and tone "Hello, is that <my name>?" Having played around with previous calls, I have come to the view these are a set of human like computer recorded voices that just spray you with offers to sell wine. Some of the responses to my questions and responses have got convoluted indicating this is a sophisticated voice activated scam call.

In response to today's call, I just held up my phone to the television while listening to the Leader of the Opposition's 2023 Budget Reply Speech. The call got terminated.

I've been getting harassing emails form this company using many numbers. Asking them to remove me from their call list doesn't stop them. They bully you into staying on the phone by talking about previous purchases with them but I don't even drink.

Been ringing everyday for the last week or so but never leaves a message - presuming scam then?

I’ve experienced the same to most of you. I can tell his voice. He calls from different number trying to sell wine. I’ve blocked every single time but he keeps calling from different. Please government do something to this scammer. Very annoying in deed. It’s my work phone so I’ve to pick up call from any number.

Incredibly sales and annoying and persistent wine seller that won't hang up. Wants a sale then and there. Scam!!!

Rings multiple times a week using different numbers. Wont take no for an answer. Just hang up.

2 calls in the last week which I didn't answer, no voicemail was left

Always the wine group, I tell them I have to go because I'm at work and they still keep talking, you have to hang up on them! I now have the number blocked so it doesn't ring but can see he still keeps trying!

Matt from the wine club is a robot. Serial pest. Ask about beer and the robot's algorithm starts to come apart and his answers stop making sense as they don't match your question. I've never bought wine, but i would suspect it's a scam.

Left a voicemail with a single word - "hello?". Number has been flagged as spam, so now blocked.
