Caller: I don’t know This person reached out via text with no name or mention of where I would know them from. They made it known that they knew me and mentioned my name, after I enquired about who they were trying to get in touch with. Basic courtesy and being able to introduce yourself matters, if you plan to reach out to people who don’t know you that well, arrogant and vague callers are not appreciated.
