Caller: LED lights “on behalf of the Government”

You hear a “blip” sound before the call connects then someone with an Indian accent says on behalf of The Government they are installing energy efficient green grade LED lights in residential homes.

Was pushy when I said I didn’t want any.
When I rejected them the first time they just called from a different unregistered number immediately after.

Actually called me back to call me a rude person who should be ashamed of myself. Um no, I don’t want any so I will say “I don’t want any goodbye” and hang up.

Government departments call from a no ID number in my experience so pretty sure it is a scam.
