They said that they from commonwealth bank and aksing about my transaction. Do I some money using other country location? Are you using android or iphone? We will help yoj to cancel this transaction. I said that I will go to nearest branch, but they not allowed me. They said that just head office can process about loosing card, cancel transaction, etc. Branch cannot do that.
