Foreign voice &yawning...waiting for me to answer. Called 3 times & they would not answer when I asked who they were. I blocked the number & then another call from another number beginning with 0413 called. Exact same, non-English speaking, only saying “hello” staying on the line, waiting for me to speak. Blocked that number too. Scammers on the prowl for sure!
