Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra Actual person called. Knew my first name but got the address totally wrong. Said modem needed changing and would shut down in 2 days. Told her I was happy with my modem and she replied " ok it will shut down in two days " and hung up.

Caller: Not sure - said they where from iinet Had my address but still sounded like a scam call about updating my 5G modem and they had "technicians standing by" and wanted me to log onto my computer. Will contact iinet to confirm the need for 5G modem update but couldn't get through with really long hold time waits.
