I would like to clarify that the description of the interaction as “rude” or “unprofessional” is not accurate. At Fine Gardens Sydney we always aim to treat every enquiry with courtesy and respect.
After learning more about the requirements of the project, it became clear that it was not the right fit for our services. Fine Gardens Sydney is a small, highly specialised team and we carefully select projects based on location, scope, and whether they align with the type of work we focus on. Unfortunately, not every enquiry is something we are able to take on.
Declining a quote in these circumstances is simply a matter of ensuring we only commit to projects where we can deliver the level of service and results our clients expect.

Caller: Callum Fine Gardens Sydney's Callum, was extremely rude to me not sure why. All I wanted was a quote. I would recommend to not go with him. He has some anger issues.
