This is a scam call.
They claimed to be from VISA and Mastercard and said there was a large unauthorised credit card transactions on my account. They then asked if I had authorised family or friends to use my card. They then wanted a whole stack of personal details to cancel the transaction.
When I suggested that I will instead contact my own bank, they immediately hung up on me.
