Received this call this morning. I usually don’t answer numbers I don’t know but was expecting a call not in my contacts. Answered with “hello” and heard the distinctive sound of the call being transferred to an operator - so presumably an auto dialler. Could hear a bit of background noise - but they didn’t say anything so neither did I. The call disconnected after 19 seconds. No voicemail left so I have blocked the number.
