If a private individual were to call someone several times a day AGAINST that person's wishes, they would, quite rightly, be arrested and charged with stalking. When telemarketing parasites do so, it has our Government's blessing. And don't bother looking to the telcos for help. Why should they care? They are raking it in.

I keep getting missed called from this number and when I ring back the message bank is full. I have given up and blocked this number.

called to invite me to some seminar on an ATO tax scheme to better use my tax payments (to pay off my home loan). when i mentioned i'm sure my accountant provides me with the necessary advice, the guy was quite rude.

it does not work blocking this number. i blocked 3 times already and somehow it still gets through. unfortunately i have to answer coz it rings on the work phone.

also, it only rings once, and i know for sure this is a scammer.

They tried to do the scam "Can you hear me okay?" So that you say yes. I said "Nope" and they hung up.

Finally..The mystery is solved.!!🤔
Have been trying to work this out for weeks...Now I'm comfortable to block the number as it's clearly a scam...
