A caller reported to be from Visa and Mastercard looking to authorise a transaction. Line was poor and person refused to advise which financial institution. I have never heard of Visa nor Mastercard phoning card holders direct and not attempting to verify the card holder. They hung up after saying they were going to approve the transaction. Interesting, the call was to my business mobile which is not linked to my banking.
