Recorded message in a female voice with Asian-American accent. Advising of suspicious payment on VISA from ebay. Hung up before it could finish and called back. It rang out, called back, it rang out, called back, a shaky voice answered sounded like a middle aged Australian guy. I said I just had a fraudulent scam call from this number. That I'd captured all the IP traffic and SIP trunks used using wireshark and I was passing the data on to authorities if he didn't give a me good answer about whether he knew anything about scam calls. He hung up... GOTCHA. LOL. Hope this helps someone else. Cheers.
