Guy pretends to work for Telstra and get you to put in codes into your computer because he says they know that there are other people on your internet and they could potentially still your information. This is a scam, do not follow what he says. He tries to say you can not hang up the phone because he is in the middle of helping you and you are not allowed to call back Telstra.
