No message left by caller

I did not answer. I rang back on another phone and number is "disconnected." Obviously scam. They must have a list of disconnected numbers. NEVER answer a call from an unknown number. They must change their numbers a hundred times a day. The government should stop all calls unless the calling number has an associated name and address. Then we can kill off this abomination.
