I received a call tonight approx 6-6.10pm from this number on my home phone with a computerised or disguised voice saying " I am watching you". I said sorry I didn't hear you thinking it was a joke and a friend would be in the other end. They repeated the saying again twice more. I said" Thankyou" and hung up. I obviously (hopefully) think this is bored kids on holidays but I have two small boys at home and they sometimes answer the phone and I think it would've scared them a bit. I actually stopped my 5.5 year old from answering this one gladly.
