Tim Farfor Landscaping - DO NOT USE…..

I have been ripped off and stolen from by this person. I gave him money in good faith to landscape my backyard - and have since found out he has used that money to not only but materials for the job (which is fine) but used my money to purchase tools for him to build (and keep them),and lets not forget bought a new car battery for one of his staff.

Out of all the money I gave him he can only produce receipts for 50% of the money he spent. tells me he spent all the money on the job but can't prove it - trust me!

He lied to me about the wages he was paying the boys and overcharged me heaps.
I transferred two amounts of cash into his bank account by accident (bloody mobile banking) and he refuses to give it back.

I gave him the chance to reimburse me and walk away - instead he is crying poor me, I have done nothing wrong.
