Caller: Definitely a scam. Robocall claiming to be Amazon intending to charge $59 or so. I hung up immediately, as I knew Amazon doesn’t do things this way, but this is clearly a phishing phone scam intended to get your Credit Card info. I didn’t stay on the call obviously. (I am actually subbed to Prime, but I bill by month. and I know how much thecharge is, so immediately knew it was BS. Advice for these calls: - Never say the word ‘yes’ at any point. It can and will be clipped against a recordingthat confirms approval for something. Hello is safe.
