Caller: Scammers Recorded message claiming to be from the Home Affairs Dept saying my identity has been stolen and there is an arrest warrant out in my name. Home Affairs FaceBook page says: "We are aware of scammers claiming to be the Department of Home Affairs and threatening people with arrest. If you receive this call — hang up immediately."
