Has an Indian man call me multiple times regarding a "Vincent lee" or "Abraham" with something to do about his tax? Many times I have responded telling the guy he has the wrong number and he will not listen. Sounds like a scam telemarketer. I've got the message bank messages from his abusive previous missed calls.
