Received a call from this number. When I answered there was silence for several seconds then the caller hung up. I blocked my caller ID and called back. A female with a foreign accent answered and when I said I'd had a call from this number she replied "I didn't call, I didn't call this number" and when I pointed out that my number was not identified she said that is why she hadn't called me. This was after I called the previous scam caller and had exactly the same response. I have blocked this number.
