Aged rental scammer who constantly harrasses prospective tenants looking for a room on Gumtree. Will pester with sweet words and make you feel obligated to rent from his filthy, dodgy house at 14 Cleverton Close/14 Chartley St, Warners Bay, NSW. Be warned.

like what above comments have said - an old man who illegally rents out his place. place was a dump when I inspected. bond not lodged with official authority and only deals in cash. dodgy!
