Caller: Telstra ??? Male with Indian accent - He was Frank then he was Mark Gave my elderly mother some bullsh*t story about how he was trying to catch a scammer. Conned her into giving him access to her computer. Intimidated her in purchasing $1,000 worth of Apple gift cards on two occasions and was trying for a third when a shop assistant become concerned and reported this incident to authorities. We were able to cancel most of the cards but this lowlife scum got away with over $1,000 and has created other issues.
