Caller: Said he was from Telstra technical said he was with Telstra technical advising me that my Telstra internet connection had switched from private to public and wanted to deal with it. I asked him how did I know that he was from Telstra and perhaps he should send me an email to advise me, and when he laughed I told him I would contact Telstra direct, and he hung up
