Received a call from this number with a pre-recorded message in a foreign language.

After looking up the entry at reverseaustralia it looked like the number was a valid one so I called it. It went to voicemail. Sounds like they're faking the caller-id of a legitimate number. Please do not call and abuse the person. They probably have no control over it.
