Looks like a scam. The txt message identified NAB as the sender and a transfer of 892.00AUD to a Paul Sharp was being withheld for security purposes and to call on back on (03) 9114 7809 with reference 9916. I have not tried to call either number but noted that there is nothing in the search engine for them.
For context I am also not a NAB customer.
