This phone number was ported to another carrier without my knowledge some time on Friday. Optus cannot immediately tell me the carrier to which is was ported - our account is on a legacy system without detailed access. The ported number was used to attempt a fraudulent bank transfer. Can you tell me which carrier has that number now please?
