He pretended to be from 'Law & Enforcement'. I immediately called him back. I asked him why was he making pre-recorded calls pretending to be from 'Law & Enforcement'. He said he didn't know what I was talking about. I said it was illegal to make such spam calls. He asked what's a spam call and wanted to start the conversation. I hanged up.
