Scam - It's the old 'car accident' insurance claim one. Must be that time of the year where they cycle this one out again. I've had 2 calls from different numbers today. The callers' name was Emma and she had a heavy accent. She claimed they were from solicitors, asking if I had a car accident in the last 2 years. The other call was Jenny and she also had a heavy accent. They use the law of averages where they will get some people who have had accidents, and those that haven't they just say it is a mistake sorry.
