Caller opened with "Dear customer your account will be debited...." at which i promptly hung up. I have nil a/c's outstanding, my name is not Dear customer. On ringing back the call was answered by a voice in an Asian language. Crooks using a valid phone no. to intimidate and fleece the unprepared?
