Caller informed me that my "card" had been used to make several unauthorised purchases in QLD. Did not know who I was and did not mention what card. I asked what had to be done to stop these transactions. Was put through to manager that mentioned he was from Visa and Mastercard also mentioned part of my name and I informed him that it was not my name. They immediately terminated the call.
