Caller: Yoonha do not do business with this woman you will regret it!

On a fridge sale this customer screwed me

Yoonha is the name she gave and her partner is Max (who knows if any of that's real as she only called and not answer through the facebook account which should have been a clue so I had to come reverseaustralia to give the community a warning but this is her phone number) and she said she lives in 64 Ross Street North Parramatta I suspect that's at least real and the mobile number as that was where we had to deliver the fridge even demanding to pay half now half later which I refused because she was getting $350 worth of free delivery making the price almost half price as retails it's $750 with delivery at $498 and the fridge she was getting is brand new fridge that's still in the box with straps and warrantee.

She said her partner Max was coming to pay cash for the fridge and drive with my driver when 9pm came they changed their minds and didn't show up when the commitment was made via text which is a form of legal document (she said her partner refuse to go ahead and that she wasn't herself coming instead because as she explained she isn't going with strangers and had work next day making up all kinds of stupid excuses but she had no problems in troubling us for all her demands when we had both had businesses to run and refusing any alternative then absolutely trust her or my only protection to call the cops if she doesn’t pay (I have gone this route before and cops will only refer it as a civil matter and your to pursue civil matter via court and who has the time for that BS) when we offered to wait for her to arrive instead who send goods without payment and when she demanded next day delivery on a Sunday because they (her and partner) had just moved into a new place and her foods was going off (don't know why they had to move suddenly or why she couldn’t come back to get her food slowly from the last place of residence but a person like that I wouldn't be surprise if they got kicked out from their last place and whoever did that to them don't want to see this entitled person’s face again)

Having told her I had call half a dozen drivers all dayon my Saturday to accommodate her didn't garner any sympathy she really couldn't care less so I said that which planet does she thinks she live on where people will deliver for free and do cash on delivery on a first time bases to which she responded by saying she refuses to buy a thing from me I said if she had a change of heart I told her she should have told us yesterday my driver had gone out of his way to accommodate her and has not only spent money on petrol but burnt this petrol coming to my place he wasn't getting back that changing plans at the last minute was bad conduct and that I was going to write her a bad review to which she responded go ahead and she thought she was safe having only contact me via mobile and (not knowing that I am a developer) and where I write my reviews - would be found more than just in Facebook!

I even give her alternative plans to protect her interests as I don’t do business on trust and so I don’t expect her to do business on trust like create a PayPal account to honor her commitment she refused didn’t have one because basically it was her way or the highway which is fine if she said she would pay for petrol but she did no such thing which clearly, she only has self-interest who has no regard for others time or money and an insult to strong woman acting like a diva and refused to honor her contract - if you want to deal with impossible princess and get screwed go ahead otherwise, I'd stay well clear of Yoonha and or her partner Max!
