Caller: "National Review Service" called saying they are from the "national review service" and want to give me information about "redirection of income tax" and asked if I am paying off a mortgage. I hung up

Answered and Russel stated his name and then started laughing when asking about the National Review service and then hung up. Very strange

I didn't answer but they stayed on long enough for message bank and it was a call center Indians talking in the background
