Caller: A customer service officer from Amazon Prime Officer a recorded voice said I had to make a payment to Amazon Prime to continue my subscription, press 1 to continue, I went through to a man and I saId I don't have an account he informed me many Australians are having the same issue and if I had a smart phone he could walk me through the process by accessing my phone remotely and wipe my subscription. I told him I'll keep the subscription & hung up. I Contacted Scam Watch Australia and this site
