I looked this number up online in Google after nothing shown here and there's this big write up about it being from scammers in Cameroon. People ringing it back and being charged some huge 'toll' fee. So avoid ringing back any unrecognised numbers. These guys apparently keep the caller talking by saying things like they have won money or someone has died etc., to keep them talking so they can make a huge toll fee and they then split this with the phone company.
