Accent is really bad. Claims firstly says is from ANZ blah blah then told me, someone named David WHATSOEVER trying to access my account. Told her me no with ANZ, she then ask if im with commonwealth bank or whatever bank again accent so bad, couldn't figure out what she said. I said no, I don't have any accounts lol (actually a lie) Asking what company she is, she said Bendigo Bank??? She starts repeating someone trying to access my account and my money blah blah blah. I then ask her if she knows who I am. Said twice 'do you know who I am at all?' Then she hang up the call. lol no fun!!! She must have KPI didn't even try harder! Very disappointed!
