I do not know who this number belongs to but I receive at least one call a week. When I answer I can hear someone but they never speak. Sometimes it seems as if they have called without realising it. I sent an sms to them asking them to stop calling me and I didn't receive a respone but still get the phone calls. It is very annoying.
