From Visa or MasterCard regarding a fraudulent charge via ebay. they first said two fraudulent charges but they did have my name correct. couldn't identify the card by number except it started in 4 Couldn't give me the last 4 digits or the bank that issued the card. very pushy and talk over you until I yelled. after he repeatedly asking which card number and which bank and my full name they hung up.
