they claim to be from AWA wealth group, and that they would assist getting me a gov grant for still being in workforce. why they are stipulating people under 60 is strange. i got them to ring back so i could check them out first.

Person wanted to talk about negative gearing. Asked for personal information like income, age, marital status, value of home and percentage owned. Could not understand why I did not want to provide these details.
