Caller: NBN These people claimed they worke for NBN (Sydney). and that there has been a problem with my internet connection and asked me to troubleshoot the issue. Upotn being transferred to a supervisor they started asking me for personal details, that was required to troubleshoot my internet. Hung up straight after they started on about personal details.
