This is a legitimate number however during the last four months has been 'spoofed' that is, used as a cover to disguise overseas phone scammers.
The owner of this number has now blocked their outgoing call ID. If you receive a call from this number rather than it being anonymous, and they do not leave a message, it is not the owner of the phone number. It's a scam, do not call back.
