Received a missed call from this #. Rung back & left a msg. They messaged me back shortly after stating, "Hi there, I got a missed call from this number".
I text back, "Hi I rang you as I received a missed call from your # at 10:59am this morning. Cheers, (added my name).
They text me back saying, "ahh okay, I actually didn't call you, my number has been spoofed, so it's been randomly calling numbers, I have reported this, apologies for the inconvenience caused."
I followed up with a text, "No problem - so much of that stuff happening everywhere. Hope your issue is sorted soon".
