Recorded message on my mobile phone purportedly from Visa fraud section. Sounded like an Asian female voice that commences the message after a one or two second pause. I hung up about 5 seconds into the call, assuming that it was a scam call. Afterwood I blocked the call. In the past when I have called back the number shown, say from a public phone , it has some message as to why I can't get through i.e. disconnected, or not accepting calls etc., etc.
