SCAM CALL: Someone with a Indian accent called and said they were from Mastercard and said there was a suspicious transaction for a substantial amount in California on my VISA card and asked if i wanted to lodge an investigation and cancel my card. I asked which Bank to which they answered 'ANZ'.I told him i dont have a card with ANZ and he rudely responded with "Yes you do". I was like "I think i would know if i had an account with ANZ and i know i don't". He kept on aksing if i wanted to go ahead with lodging an investigation and stopping my credit card. I asked him for his name which he answered in his very Indian accent 'David Williams' (yeh righteo...). I asked for his number and that I would call him back. He was annoyed and said "I will give you my managers number" I said OK so he started with "390..." then the phone went blank. I called back on the mobile number that he called me on and it went 'beep beep beep" Call failed and hung up.
