i believe the SMS to be smishing pretending to be from Australia Post. Aust Post never uses any source from this number at all. Will let you know when trying the link but not from the text.

I also got this text claiming to be 'Aus Post' saying: We regret to inform you that your parcel delivery has failed. To arrange redelivery please visit: https://ssxxs.xyz" 100% SCAM!

I do have a parcel nearing delivery in India which is why I was tempted to think this message about my oarcdl not being delivered could be true. However I am very doubtful. Typed in url in message and got nowhere. I believe it to be a phasing message.
