This number is being used as part of a scam which claims to be a SMS from the Australian Tax Office about important refund information. It has a link attached to it which will no doubt request bank account details for your refund to automatically be paid to. The ATO has issued a SCAM ALERT about such text messages. Delete - do not go to link and blacklist the number.
