Caller: busy sounding call centre From the Visa-Mastercard call centre asking about a $1,000 for Mr Jim Smith in the US... can show me the transaction and do I want to cancel it... dodgy as! Hung up when I said I'd need to check the transaction and could I have his agent number and a reference number to call him back on... lol!
